1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Fairway Golf (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

Fairway Golf is operated by Ryan Leadership LLC (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@fairwayosyellow.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fairway Golf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fairwayosyellow.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in score manipulation, abuse the integrity reporting system, or harass other players.

5. User content

You retain ownership of scorecards, photos, comments, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Pro features are available via paid subscription. Detailed subscription terms are in our Subscription Terms. All purchases are final except where required by law.

7. Integrity engine and fair play

Fairway Golf uses automated and human review to identify suspect scores. Submitting falsified rounds, attempting to manipulate the Fairway Score, or filing false reports may result in suspension or termination.

8. No wagering

Fairway Golf is not a gambling product. Side-game ledgers (Nassau, Skins, etc.) are scorekeeping tools only — Fairway Golf does not process or facilitate cash settlements between players.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of scores, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The fitness, mobility, and wellness drills in the Practice Hub are general physical-activity content for golfers — not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or physical therapy, and no doctor-or-therapist relationship is created by using them. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, and stop and seek care if you experience pain, discomfort, or injury. You participate at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan Leadership LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
